OpenAI is hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to own and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic cloud and technology partners, specifically Google Cloud and Oracle. This is a senior individual contributor role with no people-management responsibility, focused on translating partner priorities into integrated programs that drive awareness, adoption, and measurable business outcomes across enterprise audiences.
Key responsibilities include creating and executing distinct joint go-to-market plans across campaigns, events, customer proof points, enablement, and demand generation with clear goals for awareness, adoption, pipeline, and revenue impact. You will build partner narratives, messaging, and positioning for integrated solutions and shared customer outcomes. The role involves launching and managing co-marketing programs including webinars, customer stories, executive events, field activations, thought leadership, and demand generation initiatives.
You will coordinate day-to-day execution with partner marketing, alliances, product, sales, and executive stakeholders across both partner organizations. Working closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Communications, you'll align priorities, timelines, and execution. You'll create and maintain messaging frameworks, partner collateral, customer proof points, and sales enablement materials.
The role requires tracking program performance across pipeline, adoption, engagement, and partner activity, using insights to improve future programs. You'll help build scalable processes, calendars, and operating rhythms for strategic partner marketing.
The position is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model (three days per week in office). Occasional travel is required. This is a highly cross-functional role built for someone who can manage multiple workstreams, build strong partner relationships, and work through influence in a fast-changing environment.
