Twilio is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to scale its partner ecosystem and drive pipeline growth through co-marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a marketer with 4–6 years of B2B SaaS experience who understands channel dynamics and is ready to own partner-facing programs end-to-end.
Key responsibilities include developing full-funnel co-marketing campaigns spanning awareness to conversion, including joint webinars, customer events, and co-created content. You'll design and optimize email nurture programs post-event and post-campaign, co-author customer success stories featuring strategic partners, and support the development of bundled technology playbooks and market-ready use cases.
On the communications side, you'll help define and implement joint PR, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces to elevate shared brand presence. You'll own and manage the Twilio Partner Social Media Strategy in alignment with corporate plans.
Program coordination includes supporting partner-hosted campaigns (webinars, regional field events, customer workshops), assisting with co-presence at major industry trade shows, managing joint booth logistics, and coordinating partner networking events.
Required qualifications: 4–6+ years in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or B2B Demand Generation within tech/SaaS. Solid understanding of multi-channel demand generation, event execution, and content marketing. Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) highly preferred. Experience managing or assisting with Market Development Funds (MDF) and budget tracking required.
Twilio is a remote-first company, though you may be asked to report in person on an ad-hoc basis for team gatherings, functional off-sites, or customer meetings.
