Flex is a growth-stage fintech company headquartered in NYC that is transforming rent payments by enabling users to pay throughout the month on a flexible schedule. The company is expanding beyond its core rent product into new verticals and seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to build out the partner marketing function for these emerging product lines.
In this early, high-impact role, you will be one of the first dedicated partner marketers supporting New Verticals, reporting directly to the Vice President of Partner Marketing. You'll own the full lifecycle of partner marketing programs, from strategy through execution and measurement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and execute co-marketing programs with New Verticals partners, managing all aspects from program design through asset production and distribution
- Develop comprehensive partner enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and training content to support sales teams in prospecting, winning, and launching new partners
- Own the New Verticals partner marketing roadmap, tracking program performance and maintaining regular reporting cadence for stakeholders
- Translate product capabilities into partner messaging frameworks and activation plans for product launches
- Build relationships with marketing contacts at partner companies to identify co-marketing opportunities
- Coordinate with Events Marketing on partner-facing events, including pre/post-event communications
- Analyze program performance across co-marketing, enablement, and channel initiatives using data to inform strategy
- Implement tracking infrastructure (UTMs, tracking links, Salesforce tagging) to ensure attribution
You bring 3-5 years of B2B partner, channel, or field marketing experience, ideally at a growth-stage tech company. You have proven success building sales enablement and co-marketing programs with external partners, including asset creation, campaign management, and measurement. You're proficient in Salesforce and HubSpot, with the ability to tag campaigns, build reports, set up nurture sequences, and connect marketing activity to pipeline outcomes. You have a track record of attributing marketing activity to revenue or pipeline outcomes and are comfortable operating in a startup environment where you build things from scratch. Strong written communication skills are essential, along with curiosity about competitive landscapes and eagerness to use AI strategically in your work.
