Coder, an AI software development company, is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy through strategic partnerships. This role bridges Partner, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to build partner messaging, enablement programs, and co-marketing initiatives that create measurable pipeline and revenue.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing channel marketing strategies with AWS, WWT, and other strategic partners; creating partner-ready positioning, messaging, and content; building scalable enablement programs for partner sales teams; designing and running co-marketing programs including campaigns, webinars, and events; developing global partner marketing frameworks aligned with Coder's GTM strategy; leading cross-functional alignment on partner GTM motions and co-selling strategy; building competitive intelligence for partner ecosystems; improving the Partner Portal and partner experience; and serving as the product marketing owner for strategic partnerships.
Required qualifications include 8+ years of product marketing experience with significant focus on channel or partner marketing in B2B software; hands-on experience with AWS, WWT, global system integrators, and strategic technology partners; proven track record building technical partner GTM content and enablement with measurable outcomes; experience with co-sell motions and joint GTM execution; strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts; excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills; strong communication and presentation abilities; strategic mindset with practical execution skills; ability to create structure in ambiguous environments; and openness to occasional travel.
Bonus experience includes marketing developer tools, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or DevSecOps; familiarity with AWS Marketplace and cloud partner programs; experience building partner portals and certification paths; and understanding of enterprise developer workflows and cloud development environments.
