In this Partner Marketing Manager role, you will own the complete marketing go-to-market (GTM) lifecycle as Aspire expands into new markets. You serve as the single point of contact for Geo Leads and Country Managers, driving market entry strategy and execution.
Key responsibilities include: (1) Pre-PMF & PMF Acceleration—validate GTM hypotheses for each market by identifying ideal customer profiles, problem statements, messaging, and pricing strategies. Conduct rapid customer and competitor research to confirm pain points and sharpen product-market fit, translating insights into actionable guidance for Product and Commercial teams. (2) Single Point of Contact—be the primary marketing liaison for each Geo Lead, owning and influencing both qualitative and quantitative marketing targets while providing unified coordination and decision-making across teams. Anticipate risks, remove ambiguity, and unblock teams quickly. (3) Positioning & Messaging—own positioning, value propositions, and narratives for each market. Create research-backed stories that differentiate Aspire globally while adapting to local market needs. (4) Cross-Functional GTM Collaboration—support launch readiness by coordinating collateral, enablement, campaigns, and timelines. Build repeatable frameworks and processes to scale launches efficiently. (5) Market Insight & Product Influence—track market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics. Influence product planning with evidence-led recommendations that support profitable growth.
You will operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, bringing structure and prioritization to complex initiatives while maintaining focus on highest-impact work.
