Neo4j is seeking a Partner Commercial Success Manager to lead enablement and training for the IBM partnership. This role owns the design, development, and delivery of sales and technical enablement content tailored for IBM's sales and technical teams, serving as the day-to-day enablement contact for IBM field operations.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a scalable IBM enablement curriculum spanning training materials, webinars, and documentation that evolves with product updates and market needs. You will adapt Neo4j's product knowledge, technical skills, tools, and business processes into IBM-ready materials, coordinating with subject matter experts across Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Industry teams, and Support to ensure content accuracy and quality.
You will deliver and manage training sessions, hands-on workshops, and tailored partner sessions, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and IBM partner management to align training with go-to-market and revenue priorities. You'll develop playbooks and collateral that enable IBM partners to sell effectively.
Measurement and reporting are critical: track partner engagement, training completion rates, and enablement effectiveness. Document sessions, share takeaways and recommendations with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
Success is measured by number of IBM sellers trained and certified, time-to-readiness for newly enabled teams, partner satisfaction with enablement programs, expansion into new IBM business units, and joint pipeline generated.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in partner enablement, sales enablement, or training roles in enterprise software or SaaS. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enablement for external audiences (partners, resellers, alliances). Direct experience enabling global systems integrators or hyperscaler alliances; IBM experience preferred. Strong facilitation and presentation skills for live and virtual workshops with technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to translate complex technical content into clear, role-specific materials. Proven cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Support, and Partner Management. Strong program and project management skills managing multiple workstreams. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience with enablement or LMS platforms (Seismic, Saleshood, Highspot, Articulate, or similar). Willingness to travel for in-person partner training.
