As a Partner Account Manager based in West Covina, you will be responsible for developing, building, and amplifying referral relationships with key partners in the SMB ecosystem, including tech partners, HCM platforms, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors. Your primary focus is to accelerate partner relationships and create strategic referral networks that drive lead generation and new partnership opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with tech and HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors
- Create and execute strategic referral networks focused on lead generation
- Identify and resolve emerging partnership issues through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
- Partner with Partner Marketing to execute initiatives like educational events, webinars, and email campaigns
- Establish business goals and performance metrics with partners to develop go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities
You bring 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners in the SMB space, including territory sales and business development. You have a proven track record in quota-driven sales environments and are a highly motivated individual contributor who can operate independently. You thrive in fast-paced, changing environments, are solutions-oriented, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Salesforce experience is preferred. The role requires being in the field 3 days per week and being located in the West Covina area.
