Human Interest is a high-growth fintech company on a mission to make retirement benefits accessible to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. The company has raised approximately $500 million from top-tier investors including BlackRock, TPG (The Rise Fund), SoftBank, and others. As a Partner Account Manager based in Charlotte, you will drive the growth of Human Interest's Partnership Program by building and developing key accounts and strategic referral relationships. This role is central to the company's expansion strategy, enabling Human Interest to reach more SMBs through partner channels. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM platforms, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space - Create strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities - Proactively identify and resolve emerging issues through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance - Partner with Partner Marketing to execute initiatives such as educational events, webinars, and email campaigns - Establish business goals and performance metrics with partners to develop go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities You bring 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners, brokers, and advisors in the SMB space, including territory sales and business development. You are a self-motivated individual contributor with a proven track record in quota-driven sales environments. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, are solutions-oriented, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Salesforce experience is preferred. The role requires 3 days per week in the field.
