Human Interest is a high-growth fintech company on a mission to democratize retirement benefits for small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. Backed by major investors including BlackRock, TPG, and SoftBank, the company has raised approximately $500 million to date and is transforming how SMBs offer 401(k) plans to their employees. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be the strategic driver of Human Interest's partnership ecosystem. Your primary responsibility is to engage, build, and develop key accounts and growth opportunities by cultivating referral relationships with tech partners, HCM platforms, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space. You will create and amplify strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities, working to exponentially expand Human Interest's reach across the country. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with partners, proactively identifying and resolving emerging issues through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams. You will partner with the Partner Marketing team to innovate and execute unique initiatives such as educational events, email campaigns, and webinars to drive partner sales. Additionally, you will work with partners to establish business goals and performance metrics, developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities. You bring 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space, including territory sales and business development. You have a proven track record of success in quota-driven sales environments and are a highly motivated individual contributor who can operate independently. You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, bounce back quickly from setbacks, and are resourceful in finding creative solutions. You possess extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills, are tech-savvy with Salesforce experience preferred, and embrace a growth mindset with coachability. The role requires 3 days per week in the field and a primary location in Brooklyn.
