Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency seeking a Paid Social Director to lead and scale the paid social capability across the organization. Reporting to the VP of Paid Social, you will drive strategic direction, operational excellence, and revenue growth within the paid social team while collaborating across integrated digital marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include: - Lead the Jellyfish paid social team as the agency champion and expert, setting clear structure and methodology for single-service and integrated campaigns - Partner with the Regional Head of Paid Media and peer Directors to evaluate emerging technologies, formats, data sources, and media/technology vendors at global and local scales - Identify commercial opportunities and collaborate with agency leadership to support business development efforts, including pitch support and team capability building - Oversee resource allocation and budget management to ensure client campaigns are executed effectively and profitably - Drive measurable revenue and profitability growth from social media services - Support team development so direct reports can contribute to winning new client business - Work cross-functionally with PPC, SEO, Display, Content Marketing, Email, and Creative teams on complex, high-budget campaigns Required qualifications: - 7+ years of hands-on paid social experience - Proven expertise in enterprise-level social strategy, planning, and execution on large, complex campaigns - Strong technical proficiency with high-spending paid social campaign management platforms and processes - Experience collaborating with media planners and responding to client briefs - Client-centric mindset with ability to build long-term relationships and drive business value - Demonstrated process improvement and automation capabilities - Creative problem-solving skills and comfort experimenting with new technologies - Strong team collaboration and cross-functional partnership abilities - Proficiency in integrated digital marketing campaign workflows The role offers hybrid flexibility (up to 60% remote), flexible hours (8am-6:30pm), competitive benefits including healthcare, 401k, and generous paid leave policies.
