Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency combining tech expertise, creative talent, and data specialists to drive client success. We're seeking an experienced Paid Search Manager to join our Paid Media Capability team and manage strategy and performance for assigned client accounts.
In this role, you'll activate and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (search, shopping, display, video) and Microsoft Ads, managing performance reporting, campaign analysis, and budget pacing to ensure clients meet their KPIs. You'll provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve account structure, targeting, bidding, and ad copy performance. Collaboration is key—you'll work with regional Paid Media teams to ensure consistent strategy execution across markets and support quarterly business reviews with clients.
You'll monitor campaign tracking and data integrity using Google Analytics or similar measurement tools, and implement solutions to refine and automate processes. The role requires adaptability to navigate unforeseen circumstances and develop long-lasting client relationships.
Required qualifications include 3–5 years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns in an agency or performance marketing environment, with in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads platforms. You must be proficient in Excel, capable of processing large datasets, and skilled at translating data into actionable insights. Strong client relationship skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
