Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency combining tech expertise, creative talent, and data specialists to drive client growth. We're seeking a Paid Search Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg with a passion for digital marketing and data-driven decision-making.
You'll manage day-to-day paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other search platforms, focusing on revenue and profit growth while maintaining budget discipline. Your responsibilities include implementing campaigns on various search engines, conducting validation and audits, analyzing campaign performance to identify strategic opportunities, and working with internal teams and clients to exceed KPIs.
You'll leverage measurement expertise to identify implementation gaps and optimization opportunities, collaborate with Paid Search Directors on strategy development, and partner with Client Service teams on smooth campaign execution. This role requires translating data into actionable insights and stories that drive results.
Required qualifications include minimum 1 year of paid search experience (agency or client-side), Google Ads certifications (Search, Shopping, Display, Video), and PMax knowledge. Desirable skills include SA360, mobile app platforms (ACE & ACI), GA4, and AppsFlyer expertise.
You should be analytical and data-driven, passionate about process improvement and automation, collaborative with diverse teams, and skilled at problem-solving. We value skills and behavioral attributes over traditional credentials.
