Doctronic is an AI-powered platform legally authorized to practice medicine, processing millions of consultations monthly with 99%+ treatment plan accuracy validated by board-certified clinicians. As Paid Media Manager, you will own paid acquisition strategy and execution across all channels: Google, Meta, TikTok, CTV, direct mail, and emerging channels. This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to the SVP of Marketing and Growth. You will develop and execute paid media strategy, including account structure, campaign architecture, budget allocation, and bidding optimization to achieve business growth targets. You'll design and run ongoing experimentation to identify new growth opportunities while navigating HIPAA-compliant tracking and targeting constraints in the healthcare space. You'll partner with the marketing engineering team to maximize measurable impact within privacy-first constraints. Creative leadership is central to the role. You'll write creative briefs for internal and external teams, own testing structures that isolate variables and drive learnings, and ensure all creative passes clinical review before launch. You'll partner with the analytics lead to own comprehensive reporting on paid efforts, including incrementality testing, and provide data-grounded budget recommendations to leadership. Required: 7+ years running paid acquisition across SEM, paid social, and other channels with direct budget ownership. You must have hands-on experience in at least two of Google, Meta, TikTok, CTV, or direct mail, with demonstrated ability to scale at least one channel from zero to material scale. Strong analytical skills (able to run your own analysis), comfort with AI-assisted media planning and optimization, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with growing budgets. Nice to have: Experience in consumer health, telehealth, or other regulated categories with messaging/targeting restrictions. Fluency in BI tools or Claude to self-serve analytics.
