Arena Club is a digital marketplace for collectibles founded by Derek Jeter and Brian Lee, enabling collectors to buy, sell, grade, and showcase items in one place. The company is expanding rapidly and seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to support growth across North American acquisition channels.
Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, you will own the daily execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Your responsibilities include setting up and launching campaigns based on leadership directives, monitoring daily performance to adjust bids and targeting, and managing spend pacing. You'll build A/B test variations to evaluate audience segments, bidding strategies, and creative assets, then gather performance insights to inform the broader team on what resonates.
Data management is central to the role. You'll pull daily and weekly performance reports in Excel or Google Sheets, surface key metrics for leadership, and maintain tracking hygiene through pixel implementation, UTM parameters, and Google Tag Manager setup. You'll also explore platform automation and AI tools to streamline repetitive setup tasks and accelerate data collection.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on paid media experience with direct platform management in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. You're comfortable with numbers, proficient in spreadsheet tools (pivot tables, formatting), and have a sharp eye for performance anomalies. You understand tracking pixels, URL parameters, and basic GTM. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations are essential.
