Kong is seeking a Staff/Senior Customer Success Manager to lead customer success strategy across the Nordics and Benelux region. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you will set the standard for excellence in Kong's CS organization.
You will own the complete post-sales customer journey, driving adoption, expansion, and risk mitigation for complex enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive success plans aligned with customer business outcomes, conducting value-realization engagements, and mapping customer organizations to identify champions and decision-makers. You'll leverage partner ecosystems to expand stakeholder alignment and use data analytics tools (Tableau, Salesforce, Clari, Hex) to monitor account health and identify risks.
A key part of the role is running impactful quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive business reviews (EBRs) with an executive mindset, clearly articulating Kong's platform value—including its API Gateway, AI Gateway, Dedicated Cloud Gateway, and Mesh Manager components. You'll collaborate with the broader account team on renewal management, forecasting, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining strong CRM hygiene.
