Pacaso is reimagining second home ownership through a co-ownership model paired with simplified financials, equitable scheduling, and dedicated property management. The company has facilitated over $1.2 billion in real estate transactions across 40+ destinations in the US, Mexico, and Europe, and is preparing for a public listing with a reserved Nasdaq ticker.
The Owner Experience Manager serves as the primary lifecycle relationship owner for Pacaso owners within a defined region. This is a strategic account management role responsible for driving satisfaction, engagement, retention, and value realization across a regional portfolio of owners.
Key responsibilities include managing a defined portfolio of owners and serving as their consistent point of contact from post-sale onboarding through active ownership, optimization, and resale advisory. The role involves developing deep familiarity with regional homes and owner preferences, monitoring engagement and utilization metrics, and proactively intervening when risk indicators emerge such as declining usage or negative feedback.
The Owner Experience Manager leads consultative retention conversations, advises owners on calendar strategy and usage optimization, and identifies friction points early to coordinate cross-functional solutions. For owners considering resale, the role provides primary advisory services, conducts retention-focused discovery, advises on share pricing in partnership with Sales/Acquisitions, and coordinates resale workflows and documentation.
Cross-functional collaboration is essential, including close partnership with Owner Experience Agents (first-line support), Asset Management, Sales, and Accounting teams. The role maintains accountability for owner outcomes even when issues are escalated or executed by other teams, ensuring seamless communication and relationship alignment throughout the ownership journey.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of relevant experience, likely in account management, customer success, real estate, or hospitality contexts where relationship management and lifecycle ownership are central.
