Salary: USD 80,000 - 120,000 / annual
Curri is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join its growth team in Honolulu. The role focuses on field-based business development, with 100% of time spent visiting target and existing branches to identify partnership opportunities and increase deliveries on the Curri platform.
You will serve as the first in-person contact for prospective Curri customers across a range of industries, from small businesses to large enterprises. The position requires 4 days per week on the road developing relationships with target locations in your assigned geography. You'll execute a market-based motion, strategically working high-value accounts with minimal or no prior Curri experience.
Key responsibilities include prospecting into mid-market and enterprise-level accounts using phone calls, personalized emails, and sales tools; developing strong product knowledge and a unique perspective on logistics; and working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver a world-class customer experience.
Required qualifications: strong interpersonal skills with the ability to walk into branch locations and convey Curri's value; demonstrable ability to prospect into mid-market/enterprise accounts; excellent time management and communication skills; keen sense of organization and autonomy; experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Slack. Bilingual Spanish/English is a nice-to-have.
