Salary: USD 80,000 - 120,000 / annual
Curri is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join its growth team in Honolulu. The role involves 100% field-based sales activity, with 4 days per week on the road visiting target and existing branches to identify partnership opportunities and drive platform adoption.
You will serve as the first in-person contact for prospective Curri customers across diverse industries, from small businesses to large enterprises. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, you'll execute a market-based motion focused on high-value accounts with minimal or no prior Curri experience. Success requires developing strong product knowledge and a unique perspective on logistics solutions.
Key responsibilities include prospecting into mid-market and enterprise accounts using multiple tactics (phone, email, sales tools), building relationships with branch locations, and strategically positioning Curri's suite of on-demand, last-mile logistics solutions for construction and industrial supplies. You'll have autonomy to shape go-to-market strategy and own your assigned geographic market.
Required qualifications: strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated ability to prospect and close enterprise deals, excellent time management and organizational skills, proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Slack. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
