Notion is hiring a first-line manager to lead a team of Outcomes Architects in Paris. This is a customer success leadership role focused on workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion qualification for enterprise customers in an AI-native workspace platform.
You will directly manage a team of Outcomes Architects and own Net Revenue Growth performance across your team's book of business. The role emphasizes coaching and development: you'll review customer calls, mutual success plans, and executive business reviews to identify execution gaps and sharpen value narratives. You'll build and run operating cadences including metrics reviews, adoption risk assessments, call coaching, and forecast calls with senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include hiring and certifying new Outcomes Architects to the GTM builder motion, partnering with Solutions Consultant managers on expansion and renewal strategy, coordinating with Services leadership on implementation handoffs, and setting standards for product and workflow fluency across the team. You'll represent your team in leadership forums, signaling what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down.
Required experience includes frontline management of customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software (Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or post-sales strategy). You need strong coaching orientation, commercial instincts at the team level, deep customer discovery skills, and experience in shared account ownership models. Operational rigor is essential—you should excel at building inspection cadences, coaching rituals, performance standards, and accountability systems. You'll need talent development skills from hiring through performance management, executive communication abilities, and technical fluency with Notion systems to coach workflow design and troubleshoot adoption blockers. The role requires agency, urgency, and customer empathy.
