Notion is seeking an Outcomes Architect to drive customer adoption, value realization, and renewal outcomes for a portfolio of named accounts. You'll serve as a build-beside partner, helping customers transform their ambitions into working systems within Notion's collaborative AI workspace.
Key responsibilities include owning workflow adoption and value delivery for a book of accounts (with focus on flat, at-risk, or customers needing stronger value paths), partnering with Solutions Consultants on account strategy and expansion qualification, designing and deploying workflows that solve specific business problems, and co-defining customer success plans that drive measurable outcomes. You'll directly impact retention, renewal, and expansion revenue while strengthening executive and team-level partnerships.
You'll need experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software environments. Strong customer-facing discovery instincts are essential—you must understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical implementation plans. Technical fluency is required; you'll co-design, configure, and troubleshoot with customers in real-time. Commercial awareness and the ability to partner on renewal risk and expansion potential are critical.
Program and stakeholder management skills are important for managing success plans, timelines, risks, and commitments across multiple accounts. You should operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and helping teams move from ideas to working systems. A genuine obsession with AI and hands-on experience building with new tools is expected.
Nice-to-have experience includes customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or technical account management roles in productivity or collaboration software; experience with flat or at-risk renewal accounts; familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based models; and experience designing repeatable customer programs and playbooks.
The role is based in Dublin with anchor days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) in the office. Fluency in English and a second European language is required.
