Nexthink is seeking an Outbound Product Manager to own the Mobile business end-to-end. This is a business-focused, not platform-focused, product management role centered on driving adoption, managing the sales pipeline, proof-of-value engagements, and ensuring consistent product adoption post-sale. You will own the Mobile roadmap broadly—including adoption strategy, go-to-market priorities, pricing and packaging decisions, and day-to-day alignment with sales. Success is measured on Mobile adoption and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the Mobile roadmap and adoption motion, with plans to extend the model to virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)
- Maintaining a 360° view of pipeline and proof-of-value engagements, identifying blockers
- Staying involved post-sale to ensure proper implementation and consistent adoption
- Building deep customer intelligence on product usage, deployments, and IT strategy direction
- Embedding with the sales organization (deals, QBRs, customer meetings) and becoming a trusted partner
- Aligning sales, solution consulting, professional services, marketing, and engineering behind a unified plan
- Converting field learning into prioritized blocker lists and product priorities
- Leading pricing and packaging adaptations in collaboration with product marketing and sales
- Being accountable for Mobile adoption and ARR growth outcomes
This is a first-of-its-kind hire for Nexthink—there are no playbooks yet. You will be the critical link between sales and product/engineering teams, building a business inside a scale-up with real field and customer exposure.
Nexthink is the leader in digital employee experience (DEX) management software, serving over 1,500 customers and 25+ million employees globally. The company operates across 5 continents with over 1,200 employees and dual headquarters in Lausanne and Boston.
The role is hybrid, based in Lausanne with international travel required. The company offers a permanent contract, competitive compensation, flexible hours, unlimited vacation (plus 25 days of holidays), free fitness center access, public transport reimbursement, French language classes (50% reimbursement), and relocation support for international hires.
REQUIREMENTS:
- An ARR growth story you built and can defend in detail
- Product management experience: you've owned a product or product line and its roadmap, not only supported one
- Hands-on experience working inside an enterprise sales organization (POVs/POCs, deal cycles, quarterly business reviews)
- Comfort with enterprise IT / end-user computing (EUC) buyers; understanding of who evaluates and who signs (IT ops, security, workplace teams)
- Technical capability to run a product demo solo and defend technical details through multiple rounds of questioning
- Track record of getting things done without waiting to be asked, and building trust with people who don't report to you
- Strong organization and follow-through; you ensure blocker lists and syncs actually happen
- Daily, credible use of AI tools
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least one 2+ year stretch where your impact compounded
- Thrives in fast-moving scale-up environments where priorities shift and structure is still being built
- Based in or genuinely relocating to Lausanne; able to travel internationally
NICE TO HAVE:
- B2B SaaS product-company background
- Hard-science degree (CS, math, physics) or MBA
- Experience shipping an AI product
- Product-marketing instincts
YOU DON'T NEED ON DAY ONE (will be taught):
- Mobile device management / unified endpoint management (MDM/UEM) domain knowledge
- VDI domain knowledge
- Familiarity with Nexthink's product or the DEX market
