Middesk is a Series B fintech company backed by Sequoia Capital and Accel Partners, transforming business identity verification and compliance. You'll build Middesk's outbound growth engine—the systems, targeting strategies, and GTM plays that connect the company with the right buyers using modern AI and automation tooling. In this builder role, you'll own outbound growth programs across ABM, email, LinkedIn, events, and targeted campaigns. You'll design AI-enabled prospect research and personalization workflows that scale without sacrificing specificity, partner with the SDR team to build systems and messaging that accelerate sales effectiveness, and establish segmentation, targeting, and account intelligence infrastructure grounded in real signal. You'll also drive outbound performance analytics and optimization, and run creative GTM experiments and breakout campaign moments. The role requires 2–5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, ABM, or outbound strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech. You should have a strong understanding of outbound systems, personalization mechanics, and SDR workflows. This is a builder mentality role—you create infrastructure and processes rather than executing tasks. You're highly resourceful, execution-oriented, and comfortable moving forward before everything is perfectly defined. Strong communication and messaging instincts are essential, as is genuine excitement about tooling, automation, and modern GTM approaches. Bonus experience includes roles at high-growth fintech companies like Ramp, Mercury, Brex, Clay, Rippling, or Deel; hands-on work with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar outbound automation platforms; building AI-enriched prospect research or agentic outbound workflows; and strong creative instincts around campaigns, events, or account-based engagement. The role operates on a hybrid model with an expectation of 3 days per week in the NYC or SF office. Candidates should be based within commutable distance to support in-person collaboration and team connection.
