Jerry is building an AI agent to manage car ownership—from insurance to repairs to diagnostics. With 5M+ customers and $240M+ raised, they're now expanding into home, motorcycle, and RV categories. The company is profitable since 2024 and operates fully remote with offices in Palo Alto, New York, Chicago, and Toronto.
As an Organic Growth Associate, you'll own Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok—the communities where car owners actually congregate and discuss insurance, repairs, and ownership costs. Rather than treating these channels as broadcast channels, you'll participate authentically, building trust and providing genuine value.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Building and growing Jerry's organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, focusing on communities where customers naturally gather
- Developing Jerry's playbook for each platform: when to post, when to engage, when to listen
- Growing Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities
- Creating a content and engagement strategy that scales without sacrificing authenticity, using AI strategically
- Collaborating with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across channels
- Measuring impact through sentiment analysis, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation tracking
You're someone who writes with authenticity and earns upvotes naturally across platforms. You have 1+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing regulated categories. You're a strategic operator who builds systems—you understand SEO, how LLMs cite sources, and how to make "boring" or "stressful" categories feel human and worth following. You're a patient, long-game player who values organic trust over quick PR wins and viscerally dislike corporate-speak.
The role is full-time, salaried, and remote for candidates residing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
