Scalable Capital, a leading European fintech and digital investment platform with full banking license, is seeking an Operations Securities Manager to join their Munich office. You will own daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes, ensuring flawless execution of financial services operations. Your responsibilities include supporting the analysis of corporate action events by identifying patterns, correlating data, and investigating issues to ensure smooth processing. You will manage communication with external partners (banks, clearinghouses, custodians) to coordinate corporate actions and settlement activities. Additionally, you will assist in developing scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the company's rapid growth across its multi-million-client platform.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed banking apprenticeship or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- Initial professional experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management (prior middle or back-office banking experience preferred)
- Solid grounding in securities trading and general banking operations with foundational knowledge of financial operations
- Deep understanding of corporate actions and corresponding banking processes
- Prior proficiency with tools such as WM-Daten and Clearstream Xact (preferred)
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with ability to detect and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Ability to thrive in time-sensitive environments with strong prioritization and task-ranking skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for external partner liaison
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
