Kaseya, a leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to manage and optimize global compensation programs. This role focuses on base, variable, and equity compensation strategy to attract and retain top talent across the organization. Key responsibilities include: • Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and optimization methods to analyze global compensation programs (base salary, incentive compensation, equity) against organizational objectives and technology industry peer benchmarks. • Develop and maintain complex statistical compensation models and systems supporting departments in compensation planning, workforce cost forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis. • Perform regression analysis, predictive modeling, and statistical techniques to assess compensation trends, pay equity, workforce cost projections, and retention initiatives. • Drive annual compensation review and incentive payment processes by preparing models, configuring Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation tools, defining data requirements, gathering and validating information, applying statistical tests, and presenting results to business stakeholders. • Conduct strategic analysis to identify operational problems, evaluate alternative solutions, and recommend improvements to enhance compensation structures and operational efficiency. • Collaborate closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to leverage quantitative insights and lead transformative projects aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative and analytical skills, experience with compensation analysis, proficiency in statistical modeling and data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
