Salary: USD 85,000 - 175,000 / annual

You will join the Recruiting organization to support the Operations and Manufacturing departments in building world-class teams. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on identifying and hiring talent for operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and sourcing functions, while also supporting hiring across the broader organization (tech, marketing, services, sales, finance, etc.).
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing passive candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers
- Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to identify talent needs and build amazing teams
- Provide exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer resolution
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to find diverse talent pools
- Build and maintain relationships with local talent networks, schools, and community organizations
- Train hiring managers on effective networking and hiring practices
- Recommend and drive improvements to recruiting processes and practices
- Track metrics, analyze data, and communicate results to stakeholders
- Navigate ATS (Greenhouse), CRM (Gem), and other recruiting tools

Requirements:
- Full-cycle recruiting experience with operations and manufacturing roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse), CRM tools (Gem), and Google Sheets
- Ability to support hiring across multiple departments and functions
- Bias for action and solution-oriented mindset
- Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies for passive and diverse talent
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with local talent pools, schools, and community networks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling candidate messaging
- Data-driven approach to tracking results, improving processes, and stakeholder communication
- Natural connector who enjoys building relationships and meeting new people
