BillionToOne is a publicly traded genomics company transforming healthcare through precision diagnostics in prenatal and cancer care. The Regional Sales Manager for Oncology will lead a team of Oncology Specialists across Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego) to drive adoption of Northstar Liquid Biopsy products among oncologists and cancer care providers.
Key responsibilities include building and executing a data-driven regional sales strategy, recruiting and developing a high-performing sales team, creating customized clinical pitches for oncologists, and analyzing market trends to optimize territory performance. The role requires direct management of sales representatives, with significant influence over product positioning and market communication.
The position is hybrid-remote, based in the territory region or nearby state, reporting to the Area Director of Oncology. Candidates must reside in the Southern California region.
Required qualifications: 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics or liquid biopsy, with direct selling experience to oncologists. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals (President's Club, Chairman's Club, or equivalent), strong team leadership and coaching skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proven data analysis capabilities. Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable building out new territories in a startup-like environment.
