BillionToOne is a publicly traded genomics company transforming healthcare through precision diagnostics in prenatal and cancer care. We seek a field-based Oncology Account Executive in Houston to drive sales of our Northstar liquid biopsy products to oncologists and cancer care providers in a defined territory.
You will own revenue growth and market development in your geography through direct sales to individual oncologists and cancer care teams. Your responsibilities include creating and executing a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue growth, prospecting and cultivating new business relationships, and maintaining key accounts. You'll work independently with strong internal drive, assess provider needs through consultative selling, coordinate logistics, and solve problems collaboratively.
The role reports to a Regional Manager - Oncology and requires living within your defined territory, centrally located to accounts, with commitment to regular travel within the region.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; demonstrated successful sales track record (Presidents Club, Chairman's Club, Rookie of the Year, or consistent at/above goal performance); experience selling to medical providers; experience with medical diagnostics, devices, or surgical products; excellent organizational and communication skills; strong time management and ability to prioritize opportunities; self-motivated, results-oriented, with strategic and tactical execution ability; sense of urgency focused on closing business.
Alternative backgrounds considered: Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
Compensation includes base salary ($168,346–$184,186), uncapped commission with significant upside potential, and comprehensive benefits: 100% employee medical premiums on select plans, 80% dependent coverage, 16 weeks fully paid family bonding leave, fertility benefits, 4% 401(k) match, increasing PTO with tenure, and top-tier equipment and facilities.
