Salary: USD 168,346 - 311,536 / annual

BillionToOne is a publicly traded genomics company (Nasdaq) focused on transforming healthcare through precision diagnostics in prenatal and cancer care. We are seeking a field-based Oncology Account Executive for the Philadelphia territory to drive sales of our Northstar liquid biopsy products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing revenue and market development through direct sales to oncologists and cancer care providers in your designated geography. You will create and implement strategic business plans to grow revenue quickly, engage in effective prospecting to cultivate new business relationships, and maintain key accounts within the extended cancer care community. Key responsibilities include: - Driving sales volume for Northstar liquid biopsy products and services - Prospecting and developing new business opportunities with oncologists and medical providers - Cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with key accounts - Implementing territory-based business strategies to achieve revenue targets - Providing consultative sales support, coordinating logistics, and solving problems for medical professionals You will report to a Regional Manager - Oncology and work independently in a field-based capacity, requiring travel within your defined territory and residence within the Philadelphia area. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and demonstrated success in medical device or diagnostic sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals (Presidents Club, Chairman's Club, or consistent quota attainment). Experience selling to medical providers and familiarity with medical diagnostics or surgical devices is essential. We also welcome applications from clinical professionals (PA, NP, RN) with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests. You should be exceptionally bright, self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills are required, along with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
