This role combines two mandates: (1) contributing to global onboarding curriculum and program design, and (2) owning EMEA facilitation as the home region. The dual focus ensures that global program decisions remain grounded in real cohort experience while building scalable systems for new market expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
Global Program & Curriculum Design: Translate onboarding content into structured curriculum with clear learning objectives and sequencing. Build facilitator playbooks and train-the-trainer materials to ensure consistency as Harvey expands. Organize materials in the LMS, design differentiated onboarding journeys for distinct populations (executives, remote hires, etc.), and support operational automations that strengthen program scalability.
EMEA Facilitation: Own all EMEA onboarding facilitation, running orientation for regional cohorts and ensuring new hires feel welcomed and confident. Bring regional perspective into global program design by flagging where curriculum needs local adaptation for compliance, culture, time zones, and market maturity.
Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement: Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Legal, L&D, and Enablement. Create and maintain core curriculum materials, including orientation content, facilitator guides, and documentation. Collect feedback from new hires and facilitators to iterate on curriculum and close gaps. Support EMEA-relevant onboarding automation and suggest system improvements.
Required experience: 2-4+ years in People Ops, L&D, Enablement, Onboarding, or instructional design with demonstrated curriculum ownership. Hands-on instructional design for global audiences using adult learning principles. Comfort with LMS modules, strong stakeholder management across functions, confident facilitation skills including with executive leadership, data-informed iteration approach, and strong attention to detail in fast-paced startup environments.
Nice-to-have skills include launching onboarding in new geographies, train-the-trainer methodology, operational automation experience, startup/high-growth background, global HR operations exposure, and HRIS experience (Workday or Deel preferred).
