Chariot is building modern, end-to-end payment infrastructure for the $600B annual charitable donation market. The company has already onboarded tens of thousands of nonprofits, including American Cancer Society, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and University of Pennsylvania, and is experiencing strong demand from enterprise nonprofits.
In this role, you will own Chariot's nonprofit partner relationships end-to-end, from initial prospecting through product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and long-term account expansion. Your primary responsibility is driving nonprofit adoption of Chariot's donation infrastructure and growing payment volume on the platform. This is an established, proven sales motion with strong organic inbound demand, a large addressable market of enterprise organizations, and genuinely enthusiastic buyers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline from prospect identification through closed deals
- Achieving quota within 6 months, aligned with team performance standards
- Stewarding and expanding relationships with top existing accounts
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, balancing personalized support with scalable communication strategies
- Providing partner insights to the product team to inform roadmap priorities and feature development
You bring 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment. You excel at building relationships and establishing trust quickly, even in complex or high-trust environments. Your communication style is clear, engaging, and persuasive across different audiences—from CFOs to product teams. You demonstrate resilience in navigating long sales cycles and initial rejection, combined with scrappiness and adaptability to move deals forward creatively. You're intellectually curious, ask strategic questions, and seek to understand the full business context including product, roadmap, and infrastructure implications.
