Salary: GBP 27,700 - 33,700 / annual
Join Deliveroo's Commercial team as a New Partner Experience Advisor, serving as the vital link for newly signed restaurant partners during their critical first two months on the platform. You'll ensure partners have the tools, confidence, and strategy to build long-term success on the marketplace.
In this role, you'll lead partner relationships by acting as the primary contact for newly signed restaurants, ensuring they're set up for success and remain highly engaged. You'll consult on growth strategies, educating partners on menu optimization and advertising tools to drive consistent order volume. You'll serve as the bridge between restaurant partners and internal teams—such as photography and operations—ensuring their digital storefronts are world-class.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues promptly, building trust necessary for long-term partnerships. You'll handle administrative tasks with precision, managing the lifecycle of multiple restaurant partners simultaneously while maintaining organizational excellence.
You'll need strong communication skills with an excellent phone presence and the confidence to lead regular outbound calls. A target-driven mindset is essential—proven ability to work toward demanding targets while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. You should be proficient in Microsoft software, with Salesforce knowledge highly desirable. Emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly are critical, along with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service is a plus, as is experience in fast-paced startup or technology environments. You'll work in a hybrid model after successful completion of probation, based in Manchester. The role offers a salary of £27,700 base plus up to £6,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly), with a start date of August 3, 2026.
