Qualtrics is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to build and lead a new-logo acquisition team focused on the Healthcare provider vertical. This is a Director-level role managing 6-8 Account Executives tasked with driving net-new enterprise customer acquisition and 50%+ annual ARR growth.
You will own go-to-market strategy execution for Healthcare providers, including target market penetration, ideal customer profile (ICP) development, and competitive positioning. Key responsibilities include sourcing and closing seven-figure enterprise contracts, establishing foundational strategic partnerships, and cultivating a high-performing hunter sales culture emphasizing pipeline velocity and value proposition framing.
Day-to-day, you'll lead, coach, and recruit your team; train reps on outbound pipeline generation, discovery, competitive positioning, and multi-threading; act as executive sponsor on strategic pursuits and C-suite engagements; drive rigorous pipeline management to optimize conversion and deal velocity; and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales Engineering.
You'll demonstrate strong commercial acumen in deal structuring, land-and-expand strategies, pricing models, and contract negotiations. You'll also serve as a thought partner in converting emerging healthcare prospect needs into new AI and experience management go-to-market offerings, with direct executive exposure and core top-line ARR expansion impact.
The role requires 10-15+ years of software subscription sales and commercial leadership experience focused on net-new acquisition, plus at least 5 years managing enterprise-level sales teams with proven results in Healthcare provider space. You must be based in Dallas, TX; proficient with SaaS metrics (New ARR, CAC, Win Rates, Pipeline Velocity); experienced with MEDDIC sales processes and Salesforce; and possess exceptional communication and executive-level pitching skills. Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in business, technology, or related field required.
