Heidi Health is an AI Care Partner platform that works alongside clinicians to improve healthcare delivery. The company has grown rapidly in 18 months, supporting 73 million patient visits across 116 countries and backed by nearly $100 million in funding.
As a New Business Representative, you will own high-intent inbound demand and convert interest into qualified pipeline for the US sales team. Your responsibilities include running live conversations and product demos with clinicians, practice managers, and operators; deconstructing how medical practices operate to identify pain points and diagnose where Heidi creates value; and qualifying and routing opportunities with speed and precision across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships.
You will build deep product mastery to answer questions in the moment, maintain clean notes and clear context for strong handoffs, and continuously improve how the team qualifies, messages, and responds to inbound demand as volume and complexity increase.
The ideal candidate is a hard worker who shows up early and stays late when needed, taking pride in outworking the market. You should be impeccably sharp, humble, and comfortable operating at speed without excessive process or oversight. You are relentlessly curious, wanting to understand how things really work rather than just following a checklist. You are motivated by ownership, growth, and uncapped upside, energized by responsibility rather than structure.
You communicate clearly, think on your feet, and hold your own in real conversations. You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited by building something new. Sales experience of any kind is preferred, though healthcare or SaaS experience is helpful but not required. Attitude, work ethic, and learning velocity matter more than years on a resume.
This is an in-person role based in Heidi's New York office. The company offers healthcare, dental, and vision benefits; 401k with 3% match; a $500 annual personal development budget; and equity in the company.
