Revolut is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth in the Swiss market. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach through closing and activation—for Revolut Business customers. The role is based in Barcelona with hybrid flexibility and remote options available in Ireland, Romania, and Spain.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound prospecting across multiple channels with emphasis on cold-calling
- Developing and executing lead-sourcing strategies by identifying key verticals and maintaining consistent activity
- Building and managing your own pipeline from prospecting through closing, with focus on adoption and upsell/cross-sell
- Liaising between customers and internal Revolut stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and daily usage
- Balancing time autonomously between prospecting, closing, and account management
- Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate Revolut Business value
- Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business, market positioning, and relevant case studies
Required qualifications:
- Fluency in English and French
- 1+ years of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting
- Excellent phone communication and written communication skills (email, LinkedIn)
- Proven determination and accountability in fast-paced environments
- Strong time management and CRM administration skills
- Data-oriented learner with curiosity and collaborative mindset
Nice-to-have qualifications include a finance or business degree, entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset, experience as a deal closer, startup experience, and comfort in complex selling environments with multi-level decision-maker engagement.
