Revolut is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth in the Slovenian market. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach through closing and customer activation—for Revolut Business products. The role emphasizes cold-calling and multi-channel outreach to identify and convert prospects, with a focus on building a diversified pipeline and maximizing adoption through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing and executing lead-sourcing strategies, identifying key verticals, maintaining consistent activity levels, and managing customer relationships end-to-end. You'll work autonomously to balance prospecting, closing, and account management, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and daily usage. The role requires becoming a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and relevant case studies, using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate value. You'll need fluency in both English and Slovenian, with 1+ years of demonstrable commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting. Strong communication skills (phone, email, LinkedIn) and excellent literacy are essential. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, demonstrates determination and accountability, and has effective time management and CRM administration skills. Nice-to-have qualifications include a finance or business degree, entrepreneurial mindset, experience as a deal closer, startup background, cross-functional project management skills, and comfort navigating complex selling environments with multiple decision-makers. Revolut is a fintech super app with 75+ million customers, offering spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel products. The company has 13,000+ employees globally and is certified as a Great Place to Work. The role offers hybrid flexibility with office locations in Barcelona, Dublin, Krakow, Lisbon, and Madrid, plus remote options across Ireland, Poland, Porto, Portugal, Romania, and Spain.
