Revolut is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth in the Czech and Slovak markets. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach through closing and customer activation—for Revolut Business products. This is a high-activity, outbound-focused role where you'll develop your own lead-sourcing strategy, conduct cold outreach across multiple channels, build and manage a pipeline, and maximize adoption and upsell opportunities. You'll work autonomously to balance prospecting, closing, and account management while liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing engagement. Success requires becoming a product expert on Revolut Business, understanding customer needs through solution-based selling, and communicating compelling value propositions backed by case studies.
You must be fluent in English and either Czech or Slovak. You'll need at least 1+ years of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting, with excellent phone communication and written skills (email, LinkedIn). The ideal candidate is determined, accountable, data-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong time management and CRM discipline. Nice-to-have qualifications include a finance or business degree, startup experience, entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset, and comfort navigating complex selling environments with multiple decision-makers.
