This role is part of Revolut's Sales team, which drives customer growth across markets. As a New Business Account Executive focused on the Benelux market, you will own the full sales cycle for new business customers—from prospecting and outreach through closing and activation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound prospecting across multiple channels, with emphasis on cold-calling
- Developing and executing a lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and diversifying your prospect base
- Building and managing your own pipeline from prospecting through closing, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer onboarding and daily usage
- Balancing time autonomously between prospecting, closing, and account management
- Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate Revolut Business value
- Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and relevant case studies
You'll work in a high-performing sales culture that values autonomy, accountability, and collaboration. The role offers flexibility with office locations in Barcelona, Bucharest, Dublin, London, Madrid, and Paris, plus remote options across France, Ireland, Poland, Romania, Spain, and the UK.
Required qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- 1+ years of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting
- Excellent phone communication skills and written communication (email, LinkedIn)
- Proven determination and accountability in fast-paced environments
- Strong time management and CRM administration skills
- Data-oriented learning mindset and curiosity
Nice-to-have qualifications include a finance or business degree, entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset, experience in startups, cross-functional project management skills, and ability to navigate complex selling environments.
