Revolut is a fintech super app with 75+ million customers, offering spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel products. The company is hiring an Account Executive for the Australian market to drive new business growth in the B2B segment. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle for new business customers: prospecting, outreach, pipeline management, deal closing, and post-sale activation. You'll focus on cold outreach across multiple channels, develop lead-sourcing strategies by identifying key verticals, and build a diversified prospect base. You'll manage your own pipeline autonomously, balancing prospecting, closing, and upsell opportunities while liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer onboarding and adoption. You'll become a product expert on Revolut Business, use solution-based selling to understand customer needs, and communicate value propositions backed by case studies. The role requires strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, excellent written communication for email and LinkedIn outreach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include outreaching prospects, executing lead-sourcing strategies, managing the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to upsell, liaising with internal teams, balancing time across prospect/close/upsell activities, and maintaining CRM discipline. You'll need to be data-oriented, curious, and willing to help beyond your core responsibilities to ensure excellent customer experience. Requirements: 1+ years of demonstrable commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting, fluency in English, excellent phone communication skills, strong written communication, proven determination and accountability, and effective time management. Nice-to-haves include a finance or business degree, entrepreneurial mindset, startup experience, and comfort with complex selling environments.
