The National Sales Manager will report to the Associate Director of Sales and drive revenue growth by expanding into new segments and securing high-value national accounts. This is a strategic and execution-focused role in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and execute a national sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth
- Lead the Corporate Travel annual RFP process and actively prospect, pitch, and close high-value deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel managers, meeting planners, and strategic partners
- Pursue strategic national sales partnerships with large corporations to secure high-volume business
- Develop sales processes, tools, and KPIs to scale efficiently
- Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to align go-to-market initiatives
- Gather customer and market feedback to inform product development
- Prepare sales forecasts and insights for leadership and investors
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and emerging opportunities
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of hospitality sales experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth company, with a proven track record of building pipelines and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are essential. The role requires comfort balancing strategy with direct selling, an entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to travel as needed.
