Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to serve as a customer-facing account manager for the Tactical Recon & Strike team. Based in Atlanta, GA, this role requires up to 75% travel nationwide and internationally to manage forward-deployed accounts and support U.S. Department of Defense and allied defense forces.
You will own the end-to-end execution of client relationships and contract deliverables, including developing measures of performance and effectiveness, writing technical reports, and creating user engagement roadmaps. Key responsibilities include orchestrating the deployment of Anduril's flagship products (including ALTIUS UAS and other tactical systems) to the field, training end users, and ensuring high performance in operational environments.
The role bridges product, engineering, sales, and logistics teams. You will work directly with strategic partners to understand their mission-specific problem sets and collaborate with internal engineering teams to shape Anduril's offerings accordingly. You are responsible for translating customer requirements into technical specifications and ensuring end-user needs are incorporated into product design and function.
Commercial growth is also part of the mandate—you will establish trust-based partnerships with clients to identify immediate solutions and foresee future opportunities for Anduril's technology adoption. This requires articulating the company's value proposition at both executive and end-user levels. You will collaborate across nearly every internal function—engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations—to successfully deploy complex hardware and software systems.
