Notion is hiring a Mid-Market Solutions Consultant to own the full customer lifecycle for a book of business in the mid-market segment (500-2999 employees). You will serve as the single account owner responsible for new logo acquisition, expansion, and renewal, ensuring that credits sold translate into credits consumed.
Key responsibilities include designing and building workflow solutions directly with customers through hands-on discovery and co-building in Notion. You'll partner with Business Development Representatives on target account planning and co-own outbound motion, running direct outreach to priority stakeholders. You'll navigate complex commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals with appropriate scope and implementation paths.
You'll guide customers through early implementation with clear adoption plans and handoff to Outcomes Architects for ongoing expansion. Throughout the customer journey, you'll partner with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, adoption strategies, and renewal execution, owning the commercial arc while they drive day-to-day workflow adoption.
Required qualifications include experience selling technical products to technical buyers in the mid-market segment, technical fluency with genuine comfort building live in software (demoing, co-designing, troubleshooting without specialist support), strong discovery and qualification instincts, and ability to map customer workflows into commercial outcomes. You must handle complex multi-stakeholder interactions including procurement, legal, and security cycles, operate with agency and urgency, and demonstrate obsession with AI and new tools. Native or bilingual-level Korean fluency and business-level English proficiency are required.
Nice-to-have qualifications include full-cycle B2B software sales or solutions engineering experience with quota track records, familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models, prior experience selling to mid-market/enterprise accounts in productivity/collaboration software, and experience in shared account ownership models.
