Notion is seeking an Outcomes Architect to drive customer adoption, value realization, and renewal outcomes for a portfolio of mid-market accounts. You'll be the build-beside partner helping customers transform AI ambition into working systems within Notion, focusing on flat, at-risk, or customers needing stronger paths to measurable impact.
You'll own workflow adoption and value delivery for named accounts, partnering closely with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, expansion qualification, and planning. Your work directly shapes outcomes that strengthen customer partnerships and contribute to predictable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include: driving workflow adoption and value realization across your book of business; contributing directly to NRR through predictable renewals and expansion pipeline; partnering on strategy for expansion and renewal, owning commercial opportunities for flat and at-risk renewals; defining and maintaining mutual success plans that guide customers through AI transformation and demonstrate ROI; facilitating use-case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities; identifying opportunities to engage Services for complex implementations; and helping build OA programs that generate customer and business outcomes across Notion's install base.
You'll need 4+ years driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software. Strong customer-facing discovery instincts, technical fluency with Notion workspaces and workflows, commercial awareness, and the ability to design workflows that drive usage-based consumption are essential. You should operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems. Prior experience in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or technical account management for productivity/collaboration software is a plus. The role is based in either San Francisco or New York, with office presence required Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
