Ashby is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join its Mid-Market team serving the EMEA region. You'll manage a book of 60+ mid-market customers (totaling ~$1.5M+ ARR), guiding them through 4-8 week implementations and supporting ongoing adoption of Ashby's hiring software platform. In this role, you'll become a product and domain expert, delivering high-touch support to customers ranging from high-growth startups to public companies. You'll implement training programs, conduct product walkthroughs tailored to customer challenges, and partner closely with four other CSMs on the EMEA team. You'll also work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive adoption and retention. Key responsibilities include managing customer implementations, creating repeatable onboarding processes, serving as the voice of the customer to internal teams, and maintaining detailed CRM hygiene. The role emphasizes adoption and engagement metrics over pure commercial upsell—contract renewals and upsells are handled by a dedicated Contract Management team. You should have at least 2 years of B2B SaaS customer success experience supporting complex technology implementations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, excellent communicators, strong listeners, and genuinely enjoy learning technical product details. Experience as a recruiter, hiring manager, or interviewer is a plus but not required. The role requires comfort managing a large, varied customer portfolio, prioritizing effectively, and moving fast with technology leverage. Ashby is a well-funded, Y Combinator-backed company building next-generation enterprise hiring software. The company launched publicly in October 2022 and already serves thousands of customers including Opendoor, Plaid, Airtable, Snyk, Benchling, and SalesLoft.
