As a Customer Success Manager for the mid-market segment, you will be the trusted advisor guiding 40+ clients through their journey with Harvey's AI solutions. You'll lead strategic implementation efforts, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal use of the platform within law firms and in-house legal teams.
Key responsibilities include: leading client workflow integration and adoption of Harvey's AI capabilities; training and enabling end users to leverage LLMs effectively; serving as the primary contact for mid-market accounts with a consultative approach; designing scalable playbooks, documentation, and automation to drive operational efficiency; monitoring customer health through adoption metrics and feedback; and relaying client insights to internal product and engineering teams.
You'll be expected to evangelize the power of LLMs, maintain high customer satisfaction, identify renewal and expansion opportunities, and transform clients into Harvey advocates. The role requires ruthless prioritization, strategic planning, and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
Ideal candidates have direct experience managing high volumes of clients or cases in legal firms or SaaS organizations. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills, be results-driven, and work collaboratively with a team-first mentality. Experience with Salesforce and Catalyst is preferred but not required.
