As a Mid-Market Client Success Manager, you will oversee the entire customer lifecycle for 10-15 new and existing partners, primarily life insurance carriers and employers. Your responsibilities include responding to partner needs and questions, managing implementation through renewal, overseeing day-to-day partnership tasks and deliverables, leading partner meetings, and reporting on metrics that demonstrate product value. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Care, and Business Development teams to ensure Empathy meets mutual partnership goals.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of professional experience in account management, partner/customer success, implementation, consulting, or project management. You should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. A bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience at high-growth startups, familiarity with B2B2C vendor models, proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, Asana, and Slack, understanding of the life insurance industry, and comfort pulling data from dashboards for reporting.
This role follows a hybrid work model with regular commuting to the Flatiron District office in Manhattan. Compensation includes a base salary of $110,000–$130,000, variable compensation, equity, and comprehensive benefits including premium healthcare, paid time off, flexible parental leave, 401(k) with up to 4% employer match, and stock options.
