ShipIn Systems is an AI-powered maritime fleet intelligence platform that helps shipowners and operators reduce operational risk, improve safety, and enhance decision-making through onboard video analytics and shore-based insights. You will own a portfolio of small and mid-market maritime customers across APAC, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day relationship management, account health, and growth opportunities. This role bridges sales, customer success, and operations, requiring you to coordinate across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: **Account Management**: Maintain and grow a portfolio of SMB maritime accounts. Build strong relationships, manage account plans and stakeholder maps, and support renewal and expansion conversations. Track account activity and customer requests in HubSpot and Jira. Coordinate customer meetings, communications, and follow-ups. Work with Sales Ops and Finance on invoicing and payment issues. **Deployment & Onboarding**: Oversee the full deployment lifecycle from kit dispatch through installation, commissioning, and AI go-live. Proactively flag delays, coordinate with Ops/IT/CS teams, run deployment meetings, and ensure clear status updates. Manage documentation, logistics, and hardware requirements. **Product & Customer Feedback**: Collect and relay customer feedback, feature requests, and pain points to Product and internal teams. Track open requests and provide customer updates. Identify deployment blockers and recurring issues. **Customer Success**: Support platform walkthroughs, crew and shore-team onboarding, and engagement tracking. Maintain data for Executive Business Reviews and customer success reviews. **Marketing & Events**: Coordinate with Marketing on regional collateral and customer events. Support invitations, follow-ups, and attendance. **Support for Key Accounts**: Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Growth on expansion accounts and RFI/RFP submissions. Act as backup contact when needed. You will work across time zones with international stakeholders, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. CRM and ticketing system experience (HubSpot, Jira) is essential. Mandarin is preferred given the APAC customer base.
