This Mid-Market Account Executive role focuses on the Greek market and is based in Barcelona with hybrid flexibility across multiple European offices (Dublin, Krakow, Lisbon, London, Madrid) and remote options in Ireland, Poland, Porto, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and the UK.
You will own the mid-market customer segment, responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and activating new customers. Your day-to-day involves identifying high-potential mid-market prospects using key indicators like annual turnover, employee count, and business nature. You'll conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs, match them to appropriate Revolut products, and guide them through adoption of new features.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and identifying mid-market accounts with strong growth potential
- Conducting discovery and qualification during the sign-up process
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through deal closure
- Collaborating with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships and cross-sell relevant solutions
- Building relationships with C-suite decision makers (CFOs, Heads of Treasury, Finance leaders)
- Providing product feedback loops to improve customer outcomes
You'll need fluency in English and Greek, with 1+ years in Sales/BDR roles and 3+ years as an Account Executive managing full sales cycles. Experience closing high-value deals with medium-to-long sales cycles is essential. A background in fast-paced fintech environments is strongly preferred, along with expert relationship-building skills and the ability to articulate complex product capabilities to enterprise customers. Cross-functional collaboration with Product and Support teams is core to the role.
Nice-to-have qualifications include fluency in additional European languages, experience selling financial products, and Salesforce proficiency.
