Revolut is a global fintech company on a mission to give people more from their money through a suite of products including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel services. With 75+ million customers and 13,000+ employees worldwide, the company is experiencing rapid growth.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive focused on the French market, you'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and activation in the mid-market segment. You'll identify high-potential mid-market customers based on key indicators such as annual turnover, employee count, and business nature. Your role involves conducting discovery and qualification assessments during the sign-up process to understand customer needs and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
You'll leverage detailed knowledge of Revolut's full product suite to match customers to the best plans for their needs, helping them adopt new features and increase usage of existing offerings. Collaboration is central to the role—you'll work closely with Product Sales Executives to deepen customer relationships, share relevant insights for cross-selling opportunities, and maintain a robust product feedback loop.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing full sales cycles, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles. You'll need strong prospecting skills to generate leads and identify new business opportunities, plus expert relationship-building abilities to interact with multiple high-level decision makers, ideally C-suite executives like CFOs and Heads of Treasury and Finance.
Required qualifications include fluency in English and French, 1+ years of sales or business development experience, and experience in fast-paced tech environments, ideally fintech. You should have excellent communication skills to articulate product capabilities clearly and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Support teams. Nice-to-have skills include fluency in additional European languages, experience selling financial products, and Salesforce proficiency.
