As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will own a focused portfolio of high-potential accounts in the $70K–$200K ARR range, managing full-cycle sales with typical 3–12 month sales cycles. You'll develop and execute highly personalized outbound strategies in close partnership with the Demand Generation team, moving beyond templated sequences to create genuinely customized engagement for each prospect.
Key responsibilities include prospecting and closing new business, managing complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles with clear documentation and forecasting, and building deep relationships with production company decision-makers by understanding their workflows and business challenges. You'll engage prospects through multiple channels—email, calls, demos, and attendance at key industry events in Los Angeles and New York. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure seamless customer experiences and feed field insights back into the organization.
Success requires entertainment industry expertise—either from prior sales roles at entertainment payroll or production finance providers, or from direct production/production finance experience. You should be comfortable navigating long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, excel at personalized written and verbal communication, and operate with strong self-direction and ownership. The role emphasizes creative problem-solving, willingness to test new tactics, and fluency with AI tools for account research, outreach personalization, call prep, and pipeline management. High organizational rigor, pipeline discipline, and a collaborative team mindset are essential. You'll stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging needs within entertainment production.
